Our Privacy Philosophy
ACE Tailboard was built with a simple principle: your aircraft data and searches are yours alone. We believe privacy is a fundamental right, especially for pilots and aviation professionals who handle sensitive operational data.
Unlike most apps, we have made the deliberate choice to collect absolutely no user data. No analytics. No tracking. No telemetry. No exceptions.
What We Do Not Collect
Information We Do Not Collect
ACE Tailboard does not collect personal information, usage analytics, search queries, or device identifiers. The app operates entirely on your device with no server-side component.
On-Device Data
Aircraft registration data from the FAA public database is stored locally on your device. All database searches are performed locally. No search queries, aircraft information, or personal data is transmitted to Snow Tree LLC or any third party.
Subscriptions
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Snow Tree LLC does not receive or store payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs transaction data.
Crash Reports
If you opt in via Apple's settings, anonymized crash reports may be sent to Apple and shared with us. These contain no personally identifiable information. You control this in iOS Settings > Privacy > Analytics.
Data Sharing
We cannot share what we do not have. Since we collect zero data, there is nothing to share, sell, or leak. Not with advertisers, not with data brokers, not with anyone.
